Coach Jalen Banks

Coach Banks was born in Jefferson Georgia where he attended Jackson County High School. There he played Varsity baseball for 4 years and earned all region honors his senior season. After graduating, Coach Banks attended Maryville college where he played 3 years of collegiate baseball as a utility athlete and pitcher before a career ending labrum tear. Pitching was always his true passion, which led him to become the pitching coach at Ensworth High School since 2018. In his 6 seasons and counting with Ensworth, Coach Banks has helped students of all skill levels learn how to pitch. He prides himself in his ability to coach athletes who are just beginning their pitching career to those who move on to the division 1 level. In his free time, Coach Banks enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids on their 7 acre farm. He also enjoys watching sports, playing video games, and the occasional Dungeons and Dragons game with Coach Loveday and their friends.

Coach Nate Loveday

Coach Nate was born and raised in Friendsville, TN and played soccer for school and club around the greater Knoxville area through his high school years. During his time as a Volunteer at the University of Tennessee where he earned a Kinesiology degree, he began his coaching journey with local elementary schools as a basketball coach, forming the foundation of his future as a teacher and coach. After relocating to Middle Tennessee in 2016, Coach Nate discovered his passion for educating and found a home in Rutherford County Schools in the Rocky Fork community, serving as a Physical Education teacher at Rocky Fork Elementary since their inaugural year in 2019. He is the current Head Coach of the Rocky Fork Middle Boys’ Soccer team and served as the Storm Girls’ Head Coach for the last 4 seasons. Coach Nate’s passion is using the game of soccer to motivate and inspire his students and players to grow into their best selves.
