COACH LONGENDYKE

Steven was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where he played showcase baseball in multiple cities across the country. Unfortunately, injuries plagued him throughout his high school career limiting his opportunities to play at the collegiate level. Steven ultimately decided to play collegiate baseball at Maryville College in East Tennessee where he, and Coach Banks, were teammates.

Following Stevens freshman campaign at Maryville College, he suffered a career ending traumatic leg injury. Steven returned to Georgia where he attended Kennesaw State University, earning his Bachelors in Psychology. Following undergrad, Steven attended physical therapy school in Colorado where he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant Associate Degree. Steven currently works in the Outpatient Orthopedic setting where he not only skillfully rehabilitates amateur, high school, collegiate and professional athletes, but also trains them in the Post Rehabilitation Return to Sport Program prior to releasing them back to their sport.

Steven specializes in Functional Movement/Corrective Exercises where he holds multiple certifications through NASM, ACSM, and FMS. Steven has been helping patients and clients unlock their full potential, whether it be sports performance or general activities, for ten years. Steven is currently pursuing his Masters in Kinesiology and Physiology at A.T Still University with concentrations in Corrective Exercise and Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and Strength and Conditioning.

In his free time, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife, exercising, traveling, and watching baseball and football.
